Applied Professional Training (APT) offers electric power system simulator activities in our instructor led courses.  APT is in the process of converting our power system simulators to ONLINE and WEBCAST delivery.

These simulators offer an excellent means of educating system operators with hands-on simulator activities.  Students are able to practice theories and engineering principles for normal and emergency disturbance oriented power system operations.  Students learn to identify early warning signs and practice best approach methods for fast recovery techniques.  APT is recognized by NERC as a continuing education provider who adheres to NERC Continuing Education Program Criteria.  Further, through APT you can earn college credit towards an APT's Associate Degree in Applied Sciences Electric Power Systems with specialization endorsement for System Operators.
