Description
This course is
intended to give non-engineering personnel an overview of the technical issues
confronting electric power system operations to improve customer relations
.What problems, solutions, design, and maintenance aspects of commonly affected
electrical power systems are addressed. The information learned should enhance
customer service and reliable system operations.
