This course provides the hands-on experience for APT's ONLINE Fiber Optics course.  Completion of this course prepares the students for multiple industry certifications. 

This student experiences extensive hands-on activities associated with modern fiber optic communications systems.  The student learns how to fusion and mechanically splice fibers, install various connectors, test and troubleshoot fiber optic systems using state-of-the-art equipment.    
 

In-Class ETA, ACES, and FOA industry certifications are available to all students completing this course and the associated Online theory course.

Note: Classes are usually held before or after work hours, sometimes weekends
